What did you like the most?
"The rooms are beautiful. Good price. My favorite restaurant nearby."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"I had an issue trying to find a quiet room. The street side was noisy so I moved to interior. That was worse due to the ventilator on the roof. Finally there was an uncontrolled youth group staying at the hotel that made a lot of noise in the middle of the night. One two mornings, when I had breakfast, nearly all the tables were dirty with dishes of other people. I am talking like 90 percent of the tables so the whole room has a feel of a disaster. On one occasion, one of the reception ladies was rude. ..."

"The location of the hotel was good. It was within walking distance to
several restaurants, shops, etc."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"I booked my reservation for three nights. When I arrived, they did not have a reservation for me for that night and sent me to a lesser quality hotel which I refused to stay. Eventually, after much discussion, I was sent to a better hotel with a promise that it would be less. It was actually $40 more to stay that night at a hotel not of my choice. I stayed because it was very late and I was tired. The next day, I went back to San Agustin and stayed the remaining two days there. I would not stay there again if given the choice."
