Located in the heart of the city, street Meléndez 1, 2 (very short walk from the Plaza Mayor), one of the most emblematic of the city for its bars, restaurants and shops, making it the most cheerful and popular in our city.

The central location, it'll take a few minutes walk to visit the Cathedrals, Casa de las Conchas, the Old University, the areas of bars, shops, etc..

You can find mainly single and double rooms, but we also have two triples and a quadruple / quintuple, all have TV and Wifi, but above all, prima a friendly and pleasant atmosphere, all at affordable prices ranging from 15 to 28 euros per person per night, depending on the room characteristics, date of stay and the residence time.

Cancellation policy

Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.
