- "-There was NO heating at all. And it was extremely cold to any human being -when i complained, the staff gave me the answer "it's a cheap place so don't expect much" -asked to use blankets instead -bathroom had no hot water - Bathroom too small that WC cover kept dropping on your back when you're on it - staff uncaring and unhelpful -could not provide info when asked abt local tours I know it was cheap but i paid the same price in Lisbon and got a perfect room with heating, wifi, powerful shower and great service! So the lame excuse of cheap price is not relevant!"
