"shower didn't have good presure. there were hairs ontop of the bed at our arrival."

"Staff were very responsive to requests. I had a little discomfort
because there were no dvd in the room, as advertised in booking.com. At
the end they installed the dvd and even made a courtesy upgrade. Room
was very luxury, a bargain for the price.
A lot of free, nice stuff: free beer, discount (but delicious) sandwichs, courtesy appetizers.
Really enjoyed the stay."

"Mismatch between description offered in booking.com and actual facilities -- but they solved it at my entire satisfaction. No private parking -- just outside the hotel."
