This is how you get to Vila Teresinha: you take the motorway from the airport towards Funchal. Get out the ot the first sign which says "Funchal centre". Go down to the sea front, once you are at the sea front, there is a long avenue take the right lane. At the the end of this avenue there is a roundabout. At the roundabout you turn right into the tunnel. You go straight up the road till you get to another roundabout, and on your right there is a big shopping center called Dolce Vita. Pass the center and turn right. Keep going straight forward pass the crossing. At the end of this road you turn left This is one way street, this road will get you to the car park in front of the pension Vila Teresinha.
