What did you like the most?: The location is perfect and you have a car they have a garage for 10 euros extra. The price is very low and the rooms are huge! They are like small apartments with a kitchen and sitting area. The breakfast is good and the reception sells 1 euros beers. I would return.

What did you like the most?: The location of this hotel was excellent, it could not have been better. The staff were excellent also and helpful at all times, including information about Lisbon upon arrival, providing a map with information regarding sights to visit etc. This makes such a big difference when visiting a city. I would definitely recommend this hotel, with the exception of the beds need updating.

What did you like the most?: We stayed in the "Apartment (5 Persons)", it was on two floors with internal stairs, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with kitchenette. The apartment was sufficiently clean, as well as bathroom, towels and bed sheets. Pillows and beds were comfortable.
People at reception were friendly and it was open 24h: we arrived at 2:00am without any problem. Good English. The residence is in a central position.

What did you like the most?: Location is perfect and i think for this class of hotel (1 star i think) it is the cleanest, safest and in the best location for a hotel of its class in Lisbon for the price. The apartments are basic but accomodate up to 6 or 7 people and have basic kitchen facilities, washing machine etc. great value!

What did you like the most?: It's very centrally located and near Rossio train station, trams and Metro. Hence it's easy to get around and plan day trips out of the city too. Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We had a family room with a kitchenette and it was much more spacious than we expected. There is a nice selection for the breakfast that was included. The hotel and surrounding neighbourhood is quiet, despite being just off a main road. Plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. A few minutes walk from the tourist information centre which is also handy. I highly recommend it to couples and families who are looking for a value for money and friendly hotel. We will certainly stay there again, should we visit Lisbon in the future. Only thing I would add is to be prepared for the stairs, as there is no lift and our room was on the fourth floor. However, this will keep you fit!

What did you like the most?: There was a male attendant who was very helpful and courteous. There was
a female attendant who was less helpful and less courteous. She soured
the place for us a little. The first night we experienced a crazy
rainstorm and it pelted a metal sheet above the window and made some
serious noise for a good 4 hours. They can't control the weather, but
they can control the noise by placing something above the metal sheet.
We did not sleep well for 4 nights there. On the positive side, the
location is good, the breakfast that was included was convenient and the
room was clean. I have a hard time not recommending it as it is a good
value, but you would have to look at it as just a place to stay. Do not
expect a great night's sleep
