Pensao Residencial Joao XXI is an accommodation located in the center of Lisbon, very close to the Da Libertade Avenue, the historic Marques de Pombal and the famous Baixa de Lisboa. It is placed in a centric location with easy access, thus there are bus and subway stations near the accommodation.

Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. - "Everything! Good location - lots of bars and restaurants around with favourable prices! Easy access to the centre of town - bus 760, runs every 10 minutes and takes about 10 minutes to the town centre: bus stop just in front of the hotel, stops at Praca da Figueira, continues to Cais do Sodre (great for for Caiscais, Estoril), very convenient. Staff superb, very polite, smiling, professional! Room spacious, A/C working - I used it as heating and it worked very well. Incredible price for a double room with private facilities, so far the best!"

- "A little bit noisy, but this is understandable as it is on the main street, not really a problem. The higher floor the better."
