Cancellation policy Pensión Facundo I y II
La cancelación o modificación de la reserva deberá realizarse con un mínimo de 7 días antes de la llegada del cliente. En caso de incumplimiento de la Política de Cancelación el establecimiento podrá efectuar el cobro correspondiente a una noche de alojamiento aparte del depósito ya abonado como garantía. Para modificar la reserva diríjase directamente al Hotel cuyos datos de contacto figurarán en el Bono de Reserva. En caso de que solicite una modificación para reducir el número de noches o de habitaciones no se reembolsará el depósito de garantía ni se tendrá en cuenta para el pago de la reserva modificada.

- "Location was good. Near enough to city centre without being in the thick
of it. Easy to find!" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "No air con, not even a fan in 40?c ; it was excruciating! Fellow guests were young and very loud coming in at 3 or 4 in the morning! We were "treated" to hearing at least 2 children being conceived at various times during the night! No breakfast, no air con and ?93 a night would make me never set foot in the place again! Horrible night and we were so exhausted the next day, it kinda ruined our stay in Tarifa!"

- "Although there is a requirement for occupants to be quiet at 2300 the resident child was playing loudly in the courtyard below my room until after midnight with another child. Granted most younger people were probably out and iwas conceivaly the only one trying to sleep :D. Nana! Haaaa"

- "Facilities are a little tired, although there was some maintenance being undertaken, push button lights in some showers were faulty etc. Cleanliness in showers needs to be improved"
