Its port, beaches, promenades, monuments and the gastronomic area... A deeply-rooted custom of this area is going out for “pinchos”, delighting your palate with miniature dishes, shown on the counters of the bars. The “pinchos” are elaborated with the typical products of the area, vegetables, meat, seafood, cold meat and different kinds of cheeses. Moreover, it is a perfect excuse for visiting the Old Quarter of this Basque city. The oldest part of San Sebastian will surprise you with the Gothic church of San Vicente and the Baroque church of Santa Maria del Coro, the ancient Dominican convent (nowadays the Museo San Telmo). It is also worth visiting the Neo Gothic Cathedral of San Sebastian, El Buen Pastor. On the riverside there are abundant stately homes of the beginnings of the XXth century. Do not miss visiting the Maria Cristina Bridge. The modern building of Kursaal, designed by Rafael Moneo, is situated on the Gros Beach.

- "Right on Main Street above morning fruit market and grocery centre - perfect location. Large room. Access to two bathrooms so no need to wait. Wifi was fast."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Would be helpful if owner could speak English but he could only speak Spanish. Price was high compares to other cities of Spain, but compared to other hotels in San Sebastián this was the cheapest we could find."

- "Absolutley nothing. Dreadful place."

- "On entering the building you get a strong smell of sewage. The room was VERY basic, paint chipping off the walls and ceiling. The noise from inside the place early in the morning was too much and it was coming from the lady that ran the place. The shower didnt work properly, either too hot or too cold. I could only manage to stay 2 of the 7 nights i was booked in for as it was dreadful. I was very disappointed that they would not give me a refund for any of the remaining nights i did not stay. I would NOT recommend this pension."
