The nearest metro station is Sol (Line 1,2 and 3). From the airport: take Line 8 up to Mar de Cristal, change to Line 4 up to Goya and then take Line 2, get off at Sol. Calle Alcala Exit. By taxi: it takes about 20 minutes.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation and amendment policy. Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 4 days prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of half of the total stay or one night’s accommodation in case of the stay is for one day, apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms, it must be made at least 10 days before arrival. Otherwise, the accommodation will charge full stay. The hotel also, within 10 days prior to arrival, has the right to charge the total stay. And the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.
