About Patacona Resort
Patacona Resort is located next to the beach of Patacona, in the locality of Alboraya (Valencia).

This accommodation consists of luxury, spacious and very bright apartments. All the apartments are equipped with amenities such as: living room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, complete bathroom, TV, CD/DVD player, air conditioning, hairdryer, heating, etc.

Getting there
From Airport take metro direction to Colon Metro Station or bus to main train station (Estacion Norte). Then take the bus nº 31 from “Poeta Querol” Bus stop (near of the Council Square) direction to the Patacona beach. Finally you will arrive at Patacona Resort (Mare Nostrum Av., 15 Alboraya - Valencia) By car: From Airport, you must take Highway A3 direction to Valencia. You will arrive at Valencia and you must go to the universities area (Los Naranjos Avenue, direction to the beach). Turn left onto Ingeniero Fausto Elio Street to the beach. Continue straight on during 2 km and turn right. Finally you will arrive at Patacona Resort (Mare Nostrum Av., 15 Alboraya - Valencia)

Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 60 days prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in: * If cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date,the accommodation wont charge nothing. *If cancellation is made past the deadline (or non show) 20% of the total booking fee will be charged. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "It was dirty! The cutlery, plates, pans...no kettle..1-pillow and 1-towel per person...not a nice area, the pool wasn't open-it was being painted, the reception staff were hopeless...the bed was broken..."

- "Poor to get to the center of Valencia. You need to have your own transport."

- "The apartment was very close to beach.
Children playground, private area." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Outdoor pool was still closed, although there was 27-34 C outside. Equipment of the apartment was very old and poor. Towels were broken and old. Groceries were far away. Only slow bus (45 min) goes to Valencia city center. Taxi drive took 10-15 min."

- "The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, although basically
furnished. The kitchen was small, but quite well equipped and the
washing machine was very useful. We had a nice big balcony with a
lovely view of the beach/sea, just across the road from the
apartments. The communal areas and gardens were extremely well kept,
although there are lots of rules and regulations (eg no sun beds on the
grass, no using the pool during siesta times). There are a few
bars/restaurants within a ten minute walk - we particularly liked
Spaghetti Blue - friendly staff, great pizzas & we could sit in the
semi-alfresco area at the back with the dog - and a further 15 or 20
minute walk along the promenade will take you to Playa Malva Rosa,
where there are another six or so beach front restaurants. In summary,
if you want a quiet, laid back place, with a beautiful beach, but not
much else, then you will like it here." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Finding the key pickup was a bit hassly, and we had problems getting into the underground carpark, for which we paid 10 euros a night. Had we known, we would have just parked at the front of the apartments for free. The tv in the apartment was old, and no English channels. If you don't have a car, carrying shopping back from the supermarket, a good 15 minute walk away, could be a problem."
