What did you like the most?: A lovely hotel! Was a convent, absolutely magnificent! Lots of
character, best place to stay in Cuenca. Jose-Manuel at front desk was
the best! He spoke excellent English and was always ready to help, even

The parador was beautiful, the restaurants and bar served terrific food and the breakfast was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. What did you like the most?: This place is amazing - it's an ex-convent and the building is just beautiful. The service is Parador standard (ie excellent) and the facilities are fantastic (tennis court - lovely pool - small gym and sauna that you can book out for two people). But you definitely pay for the privilege! If you're looking to spoil yourself then go ahead! Breakfast is outstanding and the room we booked (superior with a view) was MASSIVE! sent it by Mario
