Hay varios apartamentos situados en el mismo edificio. Entre los servicios que se ofrecen se incluyen: servicio de llamada de taxis, conexión a internet, reparto de comida a domicilio y alquiler de teléfono móvil. Apartamentos recientemente decorados, de tipo business, que ofrecen todo tipo de servicios. Están situados en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de los distritos de negocios y de los principales monumentos y puntos de interés.

Como resultado de varios años de experiencia acumulada en el sector hotelero, el hotel ofrece una amplia variedad de servicios para satisfacer todas las necesidades de los clientes de negocios.

Todos los apartamentos están totalmente equipados y amueblados con un alto nivel de calidad, ofreciendo un entorno acogedor, amplio y confortable para garantizar una estancia agradable e inolvidable, y todo a precios muy competitivos. Se ruega a los huéspedes que se pongan en contacto con el establecimiento con por lo menos una hora de antelación respecto a su llegada para confirmar el procedimiento de registro de entrada. A los grupos de 6 personas o más se les cargará una fianza de 50 EUR por persona.

Las llegadas entre las 23:00 y la 01:00 conllevan un suplemento de 25 EUR. El suplemento alcanza los 40 EUR si la llegada se realiza entre la 01:00 y las 03:00. Sólo se puede realizar el registro de entrada después de las 03:00 si así se acuerda previamente.

Tenga en cuenta que los apartamentos están situados en diferentes lugares. Se ruega a los huéspedes que realicen el registro de entrada en la oficina central, situada en la dirección que aparece en la confirmación de la reserva.

La forma más conveniente de llegar a nuestra oficina desde el aeropuerto Madrid Barajas será en taxi. Si prefiere transporte público puede llegar por metro. 1. Al salir, cruce la calle Santa Engracia y camine por esta calle por la acera de la izquierda (alejandose de la fuente) y gire en la segunda calle a la izquierda (calle de Jose Maranon). La oficina se encuentra a mano izquierda, despues del cruce, en el numero 4. Llame al timbre marcado Old Town Apartments y luego baje las escaleras. What did you like the most?: Great friendly staff. Location is good also but a little walk to the main tourist sights. I would say a good place if you've been to Madrid before and don't need to vist the touristy sights. Loads of cool bars restaurants and boutiques in the area. The apartment itself was fine. What did you like the most?: For same price as a tiny hotel room, I had a spacious, bright, well equipped 1 bedroom apartment for 1 week for a business trip. Big, bright living room with balconies.
