- "No information about the hotel/local area left in room, no air con details, remote for tv broken Mattresses on beds were very uncomfortable - had to put blankets on top to get any sleep Asked for additional blankets at reception - didn't arrive - spoke to maid who brought them No kettle Couldn't rate the hotel/facilities higher than three star - advertised as a four star"
