- "Staff were sometimes impossible to locate especially in the kitchen and dining area, so the breakfast was not as good as the rest of the hotel"

- "the male receptionist spoke English fluently and explained everything in detail. He made us feel very welcome. The entire atmosphere is unique for a hotel stay."

- "A matter of taste, but we did not think the quality of the food matched the quality of the stay."

- "We liked the remote location and the way they have restored the
monastery. With a few tweaks could espire to become a Paradore.
Comfortable with efficient staff. Evening meal was excellent." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Breakfast left a great deal to be desired. Did not see a staff member in the dining room at all and a lot of the food was stale. The hotel only had four rooms booked but that is no excuse for lack of service."
