- "I had a very quiet room facing the backyard. It was perfectly clean and
with modern facilities including a highly efficient airconditioning. The
staff, especially the receptionist Laura, were extremely helpful." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Minor things: 1. the wifi connection ceased regularly at ca. 10 pm, but anyway I regarded the fact as a signal not to work late into the night; 2. the location is not picturesque as compared with many others in Avila, however, the old town is just a few minutes away; 3. while there is a decect choice for breakfast it is exactly the same every day and thus it gets boring in the case of a longer stay."

- "The beds were very comfortable. The Hotel staff were very helpful and patient with my limited Spanish. Perfectly located near park, and an affordable restaurant and only a few minutes walk from train station in one direction and the city walls in the other direction. Excellent wifi connection."

- "The photos show a bathroom with a full size bathtub, but the room I was in had a small square stand up shower. Also, it would be better if the breakfast included some fresh fruit."
