We are only a ten minute walk from Plaça Catalunya and les Rambles. The hostel is in a historic building which has been recently renovated but keeps its ancient charm.

    Reception is open from 10 a.m to 8 p.m. Please contact the accomodation in case of check in after these hours.

    TAXI: A taxi can cost us 25 euros. Plus 1 euro for each extra bag. TRAIN: There is a train inside the airport. There are departures every 30 minutes and the ticket costs 3 euros. Get off at the Plaça Catalunya. From Barcelona airport Aerobus: There is a direct and exclusive bus that goes from the airport to Plaça Catalunya. The closest stop to the hotel is Plaça Catalunya. The fare is 4.50 euros. AVION GIRONA There is a direct and exclusive bus that goes from the airport to the Estación del Norte. The fare is 12 euros (21 euros return). Martina The hostel is near the North Station, so you can easily walk or by taxi for about ? 3. TREN To get from the station sants or France to Hostal Martina has two options, a taxi or the subway. There are taxis at the exit of the two stations. For the metro in Sants Station take the green line L3 from Sants to Paral ? lel and then the purple line L2 from Tetuan to Paral ? lel. From the station take France in Barceloneta L4 yellow line and get off at the Girona.

  • Cancellation policy

    Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to the date of the client's arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact the hotel directly. Contact details figure on the voucher. If by amending your reservation, the number of nights or rooms you had originally booked is reduced, the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Big room with balcony.
Close to the main square and very close to the subway.
Quiet street, breakfast and dining facilities on the corner.
Elevator.
Bus stop from the airport only 10 mins walk.
Clean towels provided every 2 days.
Big bathroom.
Nice building, hostel located on the second floor."

"No fridge or beverage cups (no plates), it would have been nice to eat your own breakfast in the room or on the balcony. Only 1 small hairdryer in bad condition."

"The entire hostal has great design features and the owners knew what vintage furniture pieces to ad in order to preserve its wonderful architecture. I especially loved the strained-glass windows and the original tiles in all rooms. My room was spaceous, with a great street view from the small balcony. The location is perfect: 5 minutes walk to Paseig de Gracia and another 5 minutes to Placa de Catalunya (also, metro stations and bus stations are very close). The owners are really nice and ready to help (English speakers)."
