Cancellation policy Hotel & Spa María Manuela
Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Small drawback is the poor choice for breakfast especially cooked food. Electicity shuts off when room is vacated so fridge in the room is of limited use"

- "Hotel was farther from the town of Congas De Onis then we would have liked but it wasn't bad. The reception staff in the hotel lobby were pretty nice however the staff and locals in the bar/restaurant were not friendly at all. If we had better service and or a more comfortable feeling from the local patrons we would considered staying again but no thanks! Would not recommend staying here if you are not from this country."
