The apartments Loixmar are situated in the Avenida Ametlla del Mar in the Rincón de Loix area surrounded by bars, shops, banks, restaurants etc., and just approximately 300 metres to the beautiful Levante beach. You can take a walk along the famous promenade of the Levante beach and enjoy the Benidorm atmosphere. Quite close to the apartments Loixmar is situated the Benidorm Palace Night Club with an international show with a Spanish ballet, flamenco and international artists, not to be missed.

The apartments Loixmar are ideal for your holidays. They consist of one bedroom, American style kitchen equipped for 4 people, a complete bathroom, cosy living room with sofa bed for 2 people and a large terrace where you can relax. The apartments have included in the price TV and a washing machine. There is a safety deposit box in the apartment for rent for your personal security, this is optional. These apartments also have air conditioning at a small supplement per day, again this is optional, however must be requested when booking. There is a communal car park (there is a refundable breakage to pay of 35 euros) with some shaded and some unshaded spaces. A children playground for the kids to amuse themselves, while you swim in the pool or sunbathe on the surrounding terrace. Prices include, change of linen (sheets and towels)weekly, electricity and maintenance. There is a refundable breakage to pay of 100 euros.

Take the exit from the motorway marked BENIDORM-CENTRO-LEVANTE, it’s the first exit for Benidorm if you are coming from Valencia and the second if you are coming from Alicante. After you pass through the tolls keep following the signs marked Levante, you will cross over a main road called Avenida de la Comunidad Valenciana and on to the Avenida Europa. Carry on this road till you reach the roundabout (on your right there should be the Café París, while you go round the roundabout you should take the 3rd exit which brings you on to the Avenida Mediterraneo. Following this road to the end you will find yourself with another roundabout and there you take the 2nd exit which will bring you to the Avenida Atmella del Mar. Continue up this road about 400 metres and on the right hand side is our agency between the “Banco Popular” and the “La Caixa”.
