- What did you like the most?
- "Amazing location and a very nice hotel"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Bad food at bars and restaurant ( good breakfeast), Bad menu cards, low quality meat. Horroble service from the waiters, have never gotten so little attention and had to wait +20 minutes to make and order and then another 20 min to get my beer. This happened many times during our short stay, Very sad because this hotel could be AMAZING if just the staff was more trained. I live in Brazil so I know what to expect sometimes, but if you are a foreigner from europe or US I would be fourious about the service level. Also 2 days in a row they forgot to put cold beers in the fridge for the afternoon when guest came back from the falls, not good enough for an expensive hotel. Furthermore the hotel tried to charge us the local uofficial echange rate of approx 6:1 instead of the official 4,7:1, we had a larger discussion with them and finally got it to the official rate. I am aware of the devaluation issus in Argentina since I live in Brazil but at at luxury hotel I expect to pay the countrys official exchange rate. Simon"

- What did you like the most?
- "The pool in the jungle 2was the only nice thing."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "It is a scam. it advertises 5 stars but was more like a large hostel. The food was horible in the fine dining restaurant, inedible we sent our food back twice. The food in the bar also disgusting old lettuce, watery sauces they do not know what food is. A 5 star hotel needs a good chef. no food or drinks after 11:30 on sat night we had to cab it to town for a drink. 5 stars should have something 24 hours. It advertised jacuzi and sauna and spa. you have to reserve them at 320 pesos an hour. it was my honey moon and we were very dissapointed. nice views from the pool but i would not go back."

- What did you like the most?
- "Breakfast excellent but other meals very poor, Lobby area sparse and
service poor due to understaffing. No real warmth to the hotel and we
were very disappointed with the standard."
