What did you like the most?
"The staff was very accommodating. I have stayed in twelve different hotels in Spain over the last three weeks, and I still think this was the nicest experience. They owner ( I assume ) made a phone call to a tourist office at another town nearby because my Spanish was just not strong enough. The food was by far the best I have had in Spain, including meals I had in a Parador in Aragon.
There is not much to be said about the town, and I had to park down the street each time I left, but the value was great, and the back patio was pleasant. It is nice to have a nice quiet home base if you want to make trips to Xativa or Montesa or some of the other Valencian towns in the area. This should be a three star hotel."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"The hotel is the only thing worth experiencing in the town, but that is still ok because the food is so good."
