- "Good location, 2 main to metro, 5 main to Atocha and 15 main to Prado.
Clean simple room with air condition and tv." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Check-in and chek-out: there are not reception. We arranged time of our arriving a day before, got a confirmation from Km by e-mail. But when we arrived nobody met us, we called staff 3 times by mobile. As the result we waited near closed door 1 hour. Room is on dawn floor, fotos of apartments on site are very different from reality."

- "The location, as there were supermarkets, bars, restaurants and museums
nearby. Also the tube was only a two minute walk away, however all the
major sightseeing interests you could walk as well." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Not enough hot water to take a shower for two people. We were put in the two bedroom apartment as the studio which I booked was still occupied when we arrived. The two bedroom was for four people, however, there was only enough hot water for one person. Also there was no kettle and toaster in the kitchen and not enough pans."

- "Very good information about the apartement and good service of the
staff. Staff on site does not speak english but reception that was
called on the phone does speak english. Very quiet studio in the back
courtyard. Shopping groveries, banking etc. directly in front the
studio. Free service to leave baggage with reception at Plaza Mayor was
offered, however we did not use it because at Atocha train station you
can leave luggage for a small charge, it is more close." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "No hangers in the wardrobe. Only one fork but another was provided by the staff. Studio was On ground floor which was not to be seen online. Entrance into apartment strictly after 14.00hrs, which is gicen on booking.com but you have to pass the time if you arrive early."

- "They say to inform the arrival time but then when you are in the door no one is there, and it can take more than 1h to arrive someone to make the check in."
