- What did you like the most?
- "Excellent spa and swimming pool. Staff friendly and no issue about returning from a wedding reception at 4.30am."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Difficulty in getting room service, some confusion over times available, but soon sorted and good when it came. Room size very compact and difficult to fully open case. Electrical sockets in room somewhat erratic - sometimes worked sometimes didn't."

- What did you like the most?
- "We stayed overnight on a Sunday and it was very quiet. However, there was no restaurant available, only the cafe which provided a very small choice, none of which were suitable due to medical dietary requirements. We had brought a salad from home in case of problems in this respect and this is what we had to eat that night in our room. We find this hotel's location extremely convenient as it is easy to find just off the motorway on the journey to Santander. There is a supermarket opposite which can be useful. Not a pretty environment but friendly staff and we have not been bothered by the supermarket. The area is pretty and you can find some good walks."

- "We have stayed at Torresport previously and the buffet breakfast in the restaurant has always been excellent for choice and quantity; always much enjoyed by us and dietary requirements could be satisfied from the choice. Now on a Monday morning breakfast takes place in the cafeteria. We went down to see if there was suitable food but the choice was extremely limited and not suitable. We went to the supermarket opposite and bought suitable food which we returned to our room to eat. This was the most disappointing thing of our stay as we had always spoken to others telling them of the super breakfast. However, the hotel was extremely quiet and we think the economic climate is taking its toll. We wish the hotel all the best for its future."

- "Staff weren't very friendly and seemed indifferent to our needs. Food on offer not good."
