- What did you like the most?
- "Room price was reasonable. Location is good. Close to the grotto which is convenient especially since we have an elderly person with us."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Toilet was too small. Staff who checked us in was not very friendly. Technician who came to the room was not friendly either. Showed impatience as he was fixing the tv. Was talking to himself in French and said the word 'complicacion' which I guess meant complication. Another incident was at the dining area. We went for buffet breakfast. All three of us did not have forks so I waved at the servers to ask for forks. I don't know if they did not understand me but not one of them came to ask, one even turned her back. I had to get up and get the forks from another table. The manager came and they started talking and we could tell they were talking about us. Behavior was quite rude to customers."

- "The shower doesn't have any sort of a screen or shower curtain on it so it's difficult not to flood the bathroom! Very minor detail though and overall it was so good I wouldn't let this turn you off."

- "The location next to the grotto, the staff of the hotel was very helpfull and full of information about the schedule of mass in the grotto for such a new pilgrimates like me."
