- "evening staff were freindly and helpful but morning staff were quite ignorant. Unable to sleep due to very noisy stairs next to the room."

- "This hotel is located across from Alster lake which is a very nice location. The breakfast room had a view of the lake and we enjoyed the adequate breakfast."

- "The hotel was located in an area of few restaurants and was within a 15 - 20 minute walk to City Centre. The room was located at the back of the hotel overlooking a green belt but was small and suitable for short stays."
