- "The building inside looks very appealing and the roof top restaurant is
very nice at any time of the day with great view of the mountains." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Recepcionist: Very rude, abrupt and unpleasant; when I asked about check out time she said; 1 pm, when I mentioned that it said 3 pm on bookings info. Page she told me: It doesn'T. If you want check out after 1 pm it costs 60.000 pesos. Asked for a map of the area we were told they didn't have any; When I came down later on she tried to apologized for something, I supposed it was for her lack of manners, but I simply said don't worry. Breakfast was FAIR, although the person serving the coffee - everything else was buffet, had no clue of what she was doing and 8 people had to wait for ever for coffee or juice; At 12.30 on Sunday they were already knocking at hour door to check us out; when we reached front desk we are told to pay 3.000 for a shaving Kid, neither of us saw it never mind use it; we both had electric shavers. I asked the same lady: what proof she had that the shaving kid was there when we never even had TOILET paper, having called TWICE Front Desk twice the night before. Nice hotel - interior - location not so, very dirty street and Front Desk lady very unpleasant and rude. Would I recommend? I don't know have to think about it."
