What did you like the most?: "Very helpful staff. Prime location in Milan. I had a great stay."

What did you like the most?: "Has its own underground parking, and a 15 minute walk to Milan's Duomo. Breakfast was fine, and our room was really good. Wifi throughout the hotel."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Tiny elevators. Hotel is functional, rather than anything else. On a street with trams and so can be noisy if you are on that side. On the plus side, there are electric metal shutters to keep the noise down."

What did you like the most?: "Location (close to metro and tram) and room very warm when very cold outside."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "No kettle/tea making facilities. Water for tea at breakfast always lukewarm."
