"The service was very good! The rooms were clean and nice. Everything a 4 star hotel has to offer. It's not a luxury hotel, but its very nice. The appearance outside the entrance and inside the lobby, makes you feel the stay will be a good rest place. I particular liked the room and restroom. The hotel is well set up! The service from all the workers was great!"

"The location where is situated is not central where al the hotels is, but is not a distraction!"

"the bed , the sauna and jacuzzi the breakfast was fantastic"

"the noise at night from the lift ,the laundry service was far too expensive , the lighting in the room was ok if i had all the lights on ,maybe install LEDs ,they are better for the environment too"

"The shower, helpful and friendly front desk, cleanness, and normal included breakfast buffet."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"We had early morning flight to Cuzco and a special continental breakfast at 5 a.m. The breakfast was served by a young girl as a simple 2 pieces of toasts and jam for 2 people (reminded me of Oliver Twist begging for more food). The girl was so rude, unfriendly and unreasonable to accept people have choice not to eat jam and request some cheese slices. We end up eating 2 slices of bread and cheese after 20 minutes arguing with her. Our room was at the same location of a gathering hall. We had terrible noise from the lecture till 10:10 pm. Location not so good for tourism purposes."
