What did you like the most?: "The staff were friendly. The location is great for business if you intend to be in the southern part of the city and do not want a hotel on the outskirts. Easy travel to."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The coffee at breakfast. You do not expect instant coffee in a 4 star hotel."

What did you like the most?: "The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location. Quiet room (opposed to the street side)."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The only negative detail was the excessive temperature of the central heating during the night. In most European countries, specially in Portugal and Spain, this hotel wouldn't be a 4 star. It's rather a nice 3 star with friendly staff and a good location."

What did you like the most?: "Terrific location, very close to the historic center. We were able to walk to Duomo, theatre LaScalle as was promised... The linens and towels were changed daily and were very crisp. Firm matrases. Great breakfast. They found power adaptor when ours got broken. Overall good service."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Carpet in the room need replacement - very old and has spots. Wi-Fi charged by hour - we would like it free."
