En caso de incumplimiento de la Política de Cancelación el establecimiento podrá efectuar el cobro correspondiente a una noche de alojamiento aparte del depósito ya abonado como garantía. "Was unable to unpack as I was told I was being moved to single room, which I had booked but was put in a 3 bed room. I was only there for a Mini break(4days).after 2 days I decided to unpack but was still unsure if I was going to be staying in the room I was given."

"hotel wasnt clean enough and things like a safe for personal belonging wasnt functional. electricity went off and took long to be reinstalled"
