- "Room was dark, shower very poor, toilet squeezed in a corner which make sitting on the toilet very uncomfortable, power points located in very inconvenient part of the room and room is generally shabby. My room was supposed to be a grand Deluxe room and I dread to think what the Superior and Deluxe rooms were like"
