Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Stayed here a few years ago and the standard seems to have slipped a lot. The A/C was inefficient, toilet door did not shut, no plugs in basin. Room modern but very poky, bathroom dated and very small. Made an effort to point these out but no one around on our departure"
