What did you like the most?: "Very centrally located in the old walled town of St-Malo, everything worth seeing is within minutes"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "When we arrived to check in, there was no staff available and no way of attracting their attention, other the calling thr hotel. Lift didn't go all the way to top floor. Door to room didn't always shut properly. Lock on door was very difficult to work. Hair dryer didn't work."
