"I love this hotel.it was the second time I was there.i am brazilin but
living in hungary and although I have a house 2 hours from rio ,this is
my house dowtown.the staff are really friendly,the breakfast is
wonderfull and the location is perfect.i strongly recomend this hotel

- "Staff was not very friendly, was obvious their approach was 100% directed at relieving you of all the money in your wallet. Advertised Wi-Fi is misleading as it does not function. Police were called by a guest during my stay over unethical billing, and police decided in the guests favor."

- "Avoid this hotel, it is a dump and over priced. Single room is tiny (had to move the fridge in order to open my suitcase), no lock on the window, safe had to be replaced since it didn`t open (after chasing reception a few times), breakfast wasn`t great, hotel staff was overall ok but most of them worn out...and on top of that the price is horrendous for what you get: I paid $R 1100 for 2 nights for a single room. Not even worth half of that price. The only reason I chose for this hotel was because all others within the same or lower price category in Copa, Ipanema, Leblon were sold out."
