- "Attention the hotel is in the "Ecopass" area. If you have a car you need to buy the Ecopass ticket before entering the city center."

- "This hotel is located within 10 min. walking from Duomo. The room was clean and wide for a 3-star hotel. The parking area was spacious enough as well."

- "Hotel staff were unfriendly and her attitude sometimes made us feel unpleasant. As our room was along with tram street, it was a little noisy in the evening."
