These Chic & Basic apartments are situated on Plaça Urquinaona, surrounded by the classy streets of the city centre?s Eixample district. From here you can easily walk to attractions such as the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gracià in only a few minutes.
Full of natural light, each recently renovated apartment comes with chic, minimalist decor. They all include well-equipped kitchens, allowing you to enjoy an independent stay in the beautiful Catalan capital. All guests need to inform the property of their anticipated arrival time before travelling in order to organise check-in. This can be entered in the Comments box when booking or by using the contact details provided on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.
Guests should also call the property office upon arrival in Barcelona using the telephone number provided on the Booking Confirmation. The property does not have a reception, and guests must arrange a time to meet personnel at the apartment building.

- "There were no problems with settling, left keys on a reception of other hotel."

- "At arrival it was very dirty, number demands repair, conditioners don't work. There were no towels, bed linen, never for all the time were cleaned and didn't take out garbage. On all attempts to contact administration of the answer wasn't, money for accommodation without the prevention wrote off from the card, at all without having allowed to state the wishes."
