The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. In case of failure with the credit card the accomodation will proceed to cancel the reservation. * Early Booking: Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 72 hours prior to the date of the client's arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. * Non-refundable offer: The accommodation will charge the total booking fee in advance, not refundable in case of cancellation.

Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to the date of the client's arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact the hotel directly. Contact details figure on the voucher. If by amending your reservation, the number of nights or rooms you had originally booked is reduced, the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We checked in at approx
3.30am and the person who checked us in was very polite and helped us
with our luggage and when we left the next day, they allowed us to
store the luggage until later in the day at no extra charge. Great
location too." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The room we had was near some traffic lights that beeped all night (it was not loud but it was a little annoying because we couldn't work out what it was until we got up the next day). This of course is not the Hotel's fault! Other than that I could fault this place if you want somewhere within walking distance of Murcia Town centre, that's very basic and cheap it is ideal!"

- "Walls are paper thin, you can hear our neighbours too well."

- "Its location was excellent. I had to go to the university campus and the bus stop was very near. The train station and the central squares are within a walking distance. They even gave slippers at the check-in. Great value hotel."

- "The room I was in was interior so it was rather dark. The flush of the toilet took almost forever to refill causing a great noise. But the thing I disliked the most was the internet connection. It was awful. I could never connect with my ipad, and when I connected with my lap top I could stay online only may be for 2 minutes.If you are dependent on Wi-Fi connection don't stay at the hotel. Luckily I had 3g connection, I survived my 3 days..."
