About Tanausu

Hotel Tanausu is a three stars accommodation. It is one of the most traditional hotels in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Built in 1965, it has always tried to offer and maintain the best professional services to its guests, as well as to create a familiar atmosphere, avoiding the typical coldness of a Hotel.

Its 18 rooms have been completely renovated in 2006 in order to comply with UE law against fire. All of them are equipped with modern facilities (telephone, TV, etc). They all have complete private bathroom. Internet and fax are also available in the Hotel. Among its services you will find 24 hours reception and the possibility to pay with credit card.

A very comfortable place to stay highly recommended to enjoy the island in a very familiar and quiet atmosphere.

Getting there

Very well connected to both airports of the island. Travel time by car is approximately 15 minutes to Tenerife North and 30 to Tenerife South, 3 minutes to the port, and five minutes walk to the bus and tram station. Public parking is 20 m. away.

It´s situated in the very heart of Santa Cruz, between the old city and the new business, sports and commercial centres. Among the main places situated close to it, you can find the Canarian government, El Cabildo de Tenerife, El Patronato de Turismo, Nuestra Señora de Africa market, El Corte Inglés, the Auditorium, the Oscar Domínguez Museum, and the football stadium
