El hotel dispone de excelentes conexiones de transporte público con San Sebastián y con distintos lugares de la provincia de Guipúzcoa. Las paradas de autobús y la estación de tren se encuentran cerca del hotel.
Junto al Hotel Ibiltze encontrará aparcamiento público gratuito. Hay también un garaje privado, disponible por un suplemento.
Todas las habitaciones son exteriores. Disponen de un teléfono y un moderno ventilador.
El Ibiltze dispone de un ordenador de 27 pulgadas de uso gratuito en la recepción. Este hotel no cuenta con restaurante propio pero en la zona hay muchos restaurantes.

- "We arrived in San Sabastion late and needed hotel...it was that cheap
but I was stuck.

- "This is probably one of the worst if not the worst hotel Ive stayed in firstly on arrival we were directed to our room on the second floor, we were unaware that it does not have a lift ! carrying suitcases up was very difficult. It does not mention in the hotel details there is no lift. The third bed which was for a adult and not a child was a fold up type of the poorest quality which sunk badly in the middle. There was no kettle or tea making facilities, the room was dirty and the carpet was sticky and smelt. The towels were very old and thin. This was the most expensive stay we had compared to others on our travels. Not in any way recommended"

- "Price was reasonable at Ibiltze (76-96 Euros/night) during our stay, compare to other hotels in San Sebastian (200-300 Euros/night). But we are about 10 minutes away by bus. For 100? hotels, there may be a better options available. Our room had broken lamp glass, disoriented bed light, and non-functional bathroom exhaust fan. Non-functional fan in the bathroom was problematic because there is no AC in the room, so the room can get very humid and smelly without meaningful air circulation.
Breakfast consists of a pastry and a drink. They will be happy to serve you more pastries if you ask. You just have to ask.
Staff members are friendly and very pleasant. So if you value the friendliness over the facility, this would be a good hotel." - Is there anything you didn't like?
