Cancellation policy Guardamar
Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In middle and high season: From the 15 of June to the 16 of September, from the 23 of December to the 6 of January and from the 8 of April to the 12 of April: *25% of the total reservation fee will be charged at the moment of booking and the rest at arrival in the hotel. * Cancellation with 7 days or less, the deposit of the 25% will not be refundable. *Cancellation with 30 days or less, the 50% of the deposit (25%) will be refundable. * Cancellation with more than 30 days, the 90% of the deposit (25%) will be refundable. * In case of early check-out, the total stay will not be refunded. All these costs will be calculated apart from the initial guarantee deposit of the 10%. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel whose details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be deducted from the modified reservation fee.
