Cancellation policy Borgia
Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to the date of the client's arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time or no show will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact the hotel directly. Contact details figure on the voucher. If by amending your reservation, the number of nights or rooms you had originally booked is reduced, the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Nothing. Reception smiled!"

- "Only on street parking. Took 45 mins to find a place to park a mini! Shower was broken. Had to hold the shower head. Grubby tired old bathroom. Cheap small beds. Rubbish pillows. Wafer thin walls, could hear the lift going up and down, the bar and footsteps all night. Had to wear ear plugs to sleep. View from room looked at a central court yard of air conditioners. Apart from room all that we had a lovely stay!!!!!!!!! Never again."

- "The location - very near to the main avenue lined with plane trees.
The breakfast - substantial and varied enough with cold meats, cheeses and fresh fruit as well as sweet things which I didn't try but which looked inviting. Tasty coffee. An efficient toaster. Fruit juices. Unlimited visits to the food table.
The one menu - al- dia I had was absolutely enormous, beautifully cooked, and very reasonably priced." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I had two occasions to request a change of room.The first occasion was due to the excessively noisy people in the adjacent room which on two occasions kept me awake- first time from 5.00a.m then a couple of nights later from 3.30 A.M.There was no manager available to speak to the morning following the second sleep-disturbed night and whilst the receptionist offered to move me to the top floor where quote 'there'll be no-one else there ' un-quote, her attitiude made me feel that I was the cause of the problem rather than the result. On the top floor I noticed on the 2nd night a broken vent with what looked like blue asbestos insulation bulging out. I refused to sleep a 2nd night in that room."
