All rooms at Barceló Avenida come with modern design and offer panoramic views. Satellite TV, air conditioning and heating. Superior rooms have whirlpool. The spa and fitness center are open to the public and hotel guests for a fee. A water circuit and a range of treatments is offered. The lounge B-Lounge offers drinks and snacks from 07:00 to 23:30. The hotel also has a restaurant and a cafeteria. Barceló Avenida also has a kitchen area with computers and printers. There are outdoor and underground parking is available for a daily fee. Santutxu Metro stop just 100 meters underground. It is a short walk from the old town. Entry under 16 are not allowed in the spa.

- "Everything was really good. But i don't feel it as 4 stars, imho. They can really cook. Diners were perfect. Nothing special about breakfast, as everywhere. Staff is nice, helpful and friendly."

- "A little bit far from the new center. 30 minutes walking or 3-4 metro stations. Metro is about 5 minutes walking. Not bad on the whole. If you are tfavelling my advice is to stay at san sebastian for a period. And for bilbao one day is quite enough. It is one hour with a bus."

- "Clean room, but the breakfast was a disgrace! Very little choice and quality of food that was there was very poor. When I complained at reception, they were not interested in my complaint. I would not stay there again and puts me off staying at other Holiday Inn's"
