- "Bathroom was renewed but the room furniture was old as 5 stars hotel"

- "1- no internet in rooms ! 2- only 10 Chanel's and only in spanish language 3- bad room service even i asked for iron and they told me that they do not provide iron in room !"

- "Nice building, very imposing & beautifull reception area, and marble
bathroom, good breakfast." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "No coffee facilities in room, there is room service but no coffee! I went to reception at 6.00am and was told impossible until restaurant opens. I told him this is the only 5star palace in the world that is impossible to get coffee!! Staff helpfull ,front of house management, slack, unwelcome and arrogant."
