- "It's right where all the bars and restaurants are. Bathrooms are
nice." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Stay away. We have spent three nights there and it was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. Found insects in the room and in my bed. As if just this one wasn't enough, the hostal provided many more bad experiences. There was no internet in our room (contrary to what was advertised) and nothing could be done about this fact since it was the weekend. We were hardly able to sleep (you hear everything going on in the building as if it was in your room) - someone was drunk and having a party at 3 am, and the hotel stuff did nothing about that. There is only one lady taking care of everything and she always keeps a sign there stating that she left for 10 minutes - to justify the fact that she's never available. So, if you leave your suitcases there, you'll have to come get them back when it's convenient to her, not to you. Same if you are two people in the same room - she'll give you one set of keys and she might not be there to open the door for one of you if you need to spend time separately. On top of everything else, she speaks no English at all. There are so much better hotels for cheaper in Madrid."
