Getting there
The nearest Metro station to the hostel CALLAO, exit the Palace Press. A few steps from the exit, turn right on C / Tudescos and walk about 50 meters. In less than 1 minutes you can reach the hostel. If you come by car, just opposite the hostel is Parkir Tudescos. Can access it from C / Miguel Moya, perpendicular to Gran Vía, at the height of the Plaza de Callao.

Cancellation policy
Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 72 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Excellent staff! The hotel is not a palace, but everything is clean and functional, which is more than I can say of some three star hotels I ran into. Just great value for money, really!"

- "The hotel does not offer breakfast. This is however only a minor inconvenience, as the streets in the neighbourhood are crowded with places were you can get your "desayuno"."
