Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 72 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Although this hotel wasn't The Ritz, it was easy to find, just a few minutes from the motorway and the welcome was amazing, even though the receptionist spoke no English. She managed to convey to me all I needed to know, organised my car parking and showed me how to walk into town. I could not get the internet working so she got one of the customers from the hotel cafe to come and sort it out as he spoke English and I was putting the network key in wrongly, having free internet in the room was wonderful. The next morning a very pleasant English speaking young man asked me if I had had a pleasant stay. A quiet room and a good night's sleep."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "My room was small but perfectly adequate for my needs.I think the only thing that I did not like was the fact that the hotel had a very popular cafe next to reception. When I arrived it was fun and lots of people laughing. However when the Spanish workers came in from about 7 in the morning, the noise they made didn't seem so much fun. They were all so pleasant though that it didn't really matter."
