Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "The rooms were small for a double and the Bathroom was built for midgits.I am 194cm , there wasn't room for me.This is problem with conversion of buildings from one use to another."

- "Is the worst hostal, I ever stay."

- "Last weekend me and my friends decide to stay in escada luna for two days, this hostal is a realy nightmare. Everything start on the reservation, we ask for 6 rooms for the weekend, when we arrive to this nightmare, we ask if was possible to change for 5 and 1 with 3 beds, the receptionist told us, yes no problem. When we arrive to the rooms all of them, here doubles, só the receptionist told us that during the mooring someone will put a 3 bed into one room, untill that we can har other room. When we arrive to the room, the same receptionist told us that we need to Pay, the room that for the inconvenience, he offer. Conclusion, the hostal has a very bad Service, is very far way to be clean and the rooms are the worst for 40? night."

- "great starting point to visit Salamanca - very close to city's main square and tourist attractions, with lots of good eating opportunities on the same street/nearby. very helpful staff"

- "a bit less convenient for travelers arriving with a car, because it's in the middle of old town. in this case packing light and parking at Calle Balmes is highly recommended, IMHO"

- "The people who run this place are great. The best of the best. They are friendly and funny, and it's like you're a guest in their house, which in a way you are. But they really do it like they mean it."

- "I remember thinking at the time that there were things that weren't quite right, but the people who run this place are so sweet, I really just can't remember anything else about it.... ...nope, nothing's coming to me."
