It is 10 minutes walking away from the Puerta del Sol and the Palacio Real, Catedral de la Almudena, Templo de Debod and the main museums and commercial zones of the city.
It comprises a total of 16 rooms (individual, double, triple rooms and rooms for 4 people). The guesthouse also has a car parking (fee-paying).
The capacity of double rooms is for up to 3 people, of the triple ones – for up to 4 people (including cots and extra-beds). -

From the Atocha station: take the Line 1 direction Pinar de Chamartin, until the Tribunal or take the Line 10 until the Plaza de España. From the Principe Pio Station: Take the Line 10 direction Hospital del Norte, get off at the Plaza de España Station.

- "Excellent location.
Staff friendly but only one spoke a usable amount of English...we got around this by using google translate on their laptop.
Loved the Egyptian temple at sunset.
Gorgeous fountains and parks!
Breakfast was a roll with a little ham and cheese, a muffin/toast, juice, and coffee/tea/chocolate." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Our room overlooked the Gran Via. It was very loud with street noise: cars & buses, people walking around talking, trucks offloading kegs of beer at 5am, street cleaners, etc. Our bathroom was teeny tiny: sink toilet and shower set into a room which was about the size of two small shower cubicles. My friend's room overlooked the shaft (and laundry hanging out to dry), but was quieter. One member of our party got pickpocketed on the subway, so be aware! Recommend avoiding the nearby restaurant "Nebraska" it was awful, food overcooked and very slow service. Despite all this, we all liked Madrid and enjoyed our time there."

- "Excelente ubicación, a poca distancia de muchos lugares de interés y transporte público excelente. El personal era amable y servicial. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y WiFi era muy bueno"

- "El baño era muy pequeño, la Gran Vía era ruidoso por la noche y la puerta se cerraba a las 10 pm edificio."

- "Excelente ubicación en el corazón de la ciudad, a poca distancia a pie de numerosos lugares de interés y excelentes conexiones de transporte público dentro de la ciudad y hacia / desde el aeropuerto. El personal era amable y servicial. Las habitaciones, aunque incluya básicas, estaban limpias y suficiente para pasar la noche."

- "Las habitaciones no son muy amplias y ventanas con vistas al otro lado del edificio a una distancia muy cercana dar un sentido un tanto claustrofóbico, no hay vistas de la ciudad o en el cielo y no había aire fresco."
