* The hotel will charge 1 night's accommodation in advance at the moment the reservation is made. This amount will be returned if the cancellation policy is respected. If the credit card is not valid to the charge the client's booking, the lodging has the right to cancel it, and the initial deposit will not be refundable. * In case of arriving after 10 pm please contact the accommoddation by email or telephone 72 hours in advance.
Cancellation policy

Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 16 days prior to the date of the client's arrival. In case of cancellation with more than 16 days, the 90% of the first night previously charged in advance by the hotel will be refunded. In case of cancellation with less than 15 days the first night previously charged in advance by the hotel will not be refunded. All this apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact the hotel directly. Contact details figure on the voucher. If by amending your reservation, the number of nights or rooms you had originally booked is reduced, the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

What did you like the most?: "The hotel is well situated (close to a subway station and within walking
distance from famous places to visit) and it is clean. You have a cold
water disposal and a fridge."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Our bedroom was very small and not so soundproof."

What did you like the most?: "We were moved to a dedicated apartment in the historical city center,
despite the fact that we had paid for the hostal room with a shared
bathroom. If you like adventure, try this hotel and you may end up as
lucky as we were."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We were moved to another place without a clear explanation. Our suspicion was that they simply had no free room in the original location. They moved us to an apartment in the city center which was good, however, despite having been told that the whole apartment was just for us, later in the night, we met another guest who was staying in a locked room. He was as surprised as we were."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "That we didnt have a toilet in our bed room. We paid more for bathroom and I thought bathroom should had a toilet."
