- "Nice, friendly staff. Good location,"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "At arrival i was given a completely different room (i.e. smaller and less comfortable) that the one I paid for. Only after intervention the room was changed. The hotel is located in the centre of a historical town - noise from restaurants and bars is present until 1-2am. Bathroom was very small."

- "The Hostel itself is original and seems to provided a good value for
money, although I don't know a lot of to compare with. The room itself
was small, but we needed it only for spending of nights, so this was Ok.
The bed was enough comfortable and I always slept well in this respect.
Carlos Llabres himself was a good and responsive guy and was always
ready to help. The restaurant was Ok. We also loved one of waitress
there: the bulgarian lady. She was so nice and speaks a lot of languages
which is not an often case in Alcudia. I don't know her name, but please
give her a bonus, Carlos! In general we liked our stay in the Hostel,
but still few of issues were took place. About them is below." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "1. Location: although it's located right in the center of an Old town and even on the central square, which is sounds good, but in fact due to that it was very noisy! In the evenings it's Ok, but in the mornings... The stuff of the restaurants/hostels around was screaming like a hell and all their actions in the mornings were accompanied by the incredible noise. The cleaning machine arrives every morning at around 7:00 and was very noisy! Also because of the acoustics of a stone made ground and the buildings around, it converts every little noise into big one. So, it was impossible to sleep in the mornings - we were always awoken at 7:00. Although this is not a huge problem and it's not directly linked with the Hostel, but personally I didn't liked this. Maybe for others this will not be a problem. Please take your earplugs with you :-) 2. Room service: sometimes the cleaning of room was very good, but couple of times it was terrible. I'm guessing this was depends from the shift which was on duty: some were Ok, but some were not. 3. Once in the morning we found a dog shit on the staircase beneath. And during the next few days nobody managed to clean it. When we leaved the Hostel it was still there and stinking!!! Pshaw!!! 4. There's no WiFi and internet connection at all. For some it's may be not a problem, but I really don't understand why? Is it very expensive and difficult? 5. We never used the AC in the room, since luckily in September it's not needed! But once AC in our room started leaking and made a small lake in our room. We used a big towel to dry it. As it turned, the AC module in our room was connected with one or two others in other rooms. So, when the AC's worked there ours started to leaking. Not good! This happened only once, but I can imagine what could be in July when AC is in use every day and night."

- "I was attracted originally to the price of the hostel (private rooms)... and location....
On arriving we met Carlo's the manager who was more than helpful with the check-in..
On the 2nd day we asked to change rooms which wasn't a problem, and got an upgrade for 2 nights then another rm change as previous rm was pre booked, being the busy season. This didn't bother us...
The 2 waitress's /Maribel's, and Carlos & his mum...a special thank-you...." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The shared toilets on the floor's were a little dirty afternoon's and evening's...."
